I have fed my cat Taste of the Wild dry food for some years and she loves it. My dog also goes nuts whenever he smells the cat food so I thought I would give it a try. I loved the fact that it came in "wild" flavors and was pleased with the nutrion of the food. I made the transition from his old food to the TOTW and he loved the stuff. He'd dig through his bowl and pick out the TOTW bits and eat them and leave the other food behind. After a couple of days he started to get very sick. Throwing up all over the place. It was amazing the amount of vomit that came out of this little dog, it just didn't seem proportional to his intake. I couldn't figure it out and decided it might be the new food. So I went back to his old food and the vomitting stopped. It really concerned me and made me wonder why !! I was worried he'd been poisoned in some way. I have since then stopped feeding this brand of food to both my cat and my dog.
